CulturalHeritage.cc provides either save storage with daily back-ups through its web database or supplies a private system: MuseumD-System.

Data can be uploaded and stored in our protected private environment or made public by choice.

SUPPORT

CulturalHeritage.cc provides cataloguing support to the major museums, training to the smaller museums and any new museums that might be established.

Our Help and Support team works for museums, galleries, collectors and artists to help documenting and uploading the needed information: images, movies, description, metadata, etc.; all information to store your collection information according to world museum standards.

The support team members work on demand and make financial agreements directly with the principal that requests for help with cataloguing. CulturalHeritage.cc establishes contact on request and does not charge any costs.

In-house private database

The MuseumD-System is available for Museums, Galleries, Corporate and Private collections and artists that wish to manage their collection in-house with no web presence.

The system is based on the CulturalHeritage.cc database model and functions with your ‘local’ browser. This implies that at any given time the private system can be changed into an on line web version.

MuseumD-System on USB stick

The private Collection Management System is also available on USB stick.

Program and database run completely independent and are specifically made for ‘field use’ such as ‘on site’ work, e.g. archeological sites, cataloguing art in public buildings, etc.

For collectors and artists focused on specific collections (e.g. paintings, coins, photography, other) we recommend the use of UniqueCollection.us, based on the same awarded CrossmarX software.
