Museum 'institutional' members have full access to the CulturalHeritage.cc database.

Each member has access to its own private protected account and is allowed to upload relevant information such as general information, address records, opening times etc.

Also the event agenda can be used to publish about permanent and temporary exhibitions or other event types.

Institutional membership

Membership is open to all organizations within in the cultural heritage environment.

Personal membership and network

All employees within a member organization get private protected access to their personal records. No extra costs are involved.

Privacy

Individual records are not visible to the public and only accessible for colleagues within this CulturalHeritage.cc network.

Email addresses from institutions and private members are not accessible to non members.

The full institutional membership allows uploading of an infinite amount of collection items. The yearly membership fee (€155)  is based on a maximum of 1 MB of data storage (approximately 2000 objects), each MB extra costs € 30 PY.
