Participants of CulturalHeritage.cc Foundation, using our Software as a Service: Terms of use

News items, exhibition agendas, address and object data are provided by CulturalHeritage.cc Network partner institutions. Accuracy of data is the sole responsibility of the individual participant. Only individual organizations have access to their own account to update relevant information within their private environment.

Name, address and exhibition agenda records are provided by CulturalHeritage.cc participants.

Only the member participant has exclusive access to his/her private records.

Collective database: structure and policy

Key data uploaded by members are accessible to the General Public if accorded for viewing by the individual participant. Detailed information may be hidden and can be made available for research on request only. Consent for read authorization is provided by the participants and/or the CulturalHeritage.cc staff.

Key data - uploaded by participants - will stay available or stored at all times to guarantee sustainability and access to our shared cultural heritage. In this way all uploaded data on collections and individual objects will stay digitally available even if objects change from location or proprietor. Stored objects and collections also serve as example and test platform of the database model and MuseumD-System. This policy allows low cost services and storage of data as offered to its members.

COPYRIGHT
Every effort has been made to trace the copyright holders and gain permission for use of the images within the published collections. Images on this site are reproduced for the purposes of research and study only. Publication is the responsibility of the CulturalHeritage.cc Foundation (CHF) participant. Whilst every effort has been made to trace the Copyright holders by the CHF partner(s), CHF would be grateful for any information concerning copyright of the images and will withdraw them immediately on copyright holder's request, if appropriate.
